For ten years DTM have been at the helm leading the park to increase turnover by 133% and from 2.5 star to 4.5 star rating. The 600,000 guests that have passed through the gates have made this a life changing experience for the entire DTM team and John and Karen Dineen and their amazing staff thank each and every one of you. EMPLOYMENT:
Dineen Tourism Management currently employs over 14 local staff at BIG4 Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park. DTM principals, John and Karen Dineen, are proud to use over 20 years of experience in the industry to encourage and mentor employees for a career in Hospitality and Tourism.
DTM are actively involved in providing job opportunities for junior staff and in offering Work Experience opportunities to local College students in an effort to create Hospitality opportunities and ongoing employment on the Northern Beaches.
